Syrians
These are what we called "The
Acrobats". They are a group of
young sibling males just prior
to being adopted/separated
into individual tanks.
"Syrians are solitary"
That is what has been drilled into my head since the
day that I brought home my 1st Syrian (Goober) in
February 2004. He was a rescue of sorts, turned into a
pet store and offered for adoption.
Over they next year, I added a few more:
- A back room Satin Banded male that supposedly bit
(he never bit me).
- A Dom Spot Black that climbed my arm at a local pet
store.
- 2 pretty little females from a pet store in Texas, where
I was visiting at the time.
I currently have several Syrian hamsters. My newest
additions include 2 rescues named Boo & Batty.
Also joining us on 10/27 is Cookie!
